What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
How long does delivery take?
Standard EU delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express 1–2 day delivery is available at checkout for most destinations.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we ship to all 27 EU member states plus Norway, Switzerland, and the UK. International shipping outside these regions is not available yet.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status in your account under Orders.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all products. Items must be in original condition and packaging. See our Returns page for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@sharkbyte.eu.org within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All products include the EU statutory 2-year warranty. Many items carry extended manufacturer warranties — check the product page for details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be processed. Contact us immediately at support@sharkbyte.eu.org and we will do our best to help.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We are fully GDPR-compliant. We never sell your data to third parties. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you offer bulk or business discounts?
Yes — we offer discounts for orders of 10+ units of the same product. Contact us at support@sharkbyte.eu.org with your requirements and we will send a custom quote.
