1. About Sharkbyte

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding contract to place an order.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. See our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Warranties
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. EU statutory rights — including a 2-year conformity guarantee — apply to all purchases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharkbyte's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
