Returns & Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Return (EU)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, starting from the day you receive your order. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for your peace of mind.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@sharkbyte.eu.org with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We will reply with a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
3. Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
4. Return Shipping
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid label for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Software licences and digital download keys once revealed or activated
- Opened hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g. in-ear tips)
- Items damaged through misuse
